Article 3 — Who has access to your data?
Your personal data is intended for the data controller and, where applicable, the following recipients, strictly limited to their respective missions:
- Payhip (or any other sales platform used): processing the order, payment, and automatic delivery of the digital file by e-mail;
- the payment provider integrated into that platform (e.g. Stripe, PayPal): secure payment processing;
- Netlify, Inc.: technical hosting of the Site (see subsection below);
- where applicable, an e-mail service provider (newsletter) if you have subscribed.
This data is never sold, rented, or transferred to third parties for commercial purposes.
Transfers outside the European Union
Some providers used (notably Payhip and Netlify, whose servers may be located outside the European Union, particularly in the United States) may process data outside the EU. In this case, such transfers rely on the safeguards provided by the GDPR (European Commission standard contractual clauses, or an adequacy decision), ensuring a level of protection appropriate to your data.
Article 4 — Retention period
- Order-related data (billing, accounting): retained for the legal retention period for commercial and accounting documents, i.e. 10 years from the close of the financial year;
- Contact data (form, e-mail): retained for 3 years from the last exchange, unless a business relationship follows;
- Newsletter-related data: retained until you unsubscribe, which is possible at any time via the link included in each e-mail.
Article 5 — Your rights
In accordance with the GDPR, you have the following rights over your personal data:
- right of access: obtain confirmation that your data is being processed, and obtain a copy of it;
- right to rectification: correct inaccurate or incomplete data;
- right to erasure ("right to be forgotten"): request the deletion of your data, within the limits provided by law (notably accounting obligations);
- right to restriction of processing;
- right to object, notably to the processing of your data for direct marketing purposes;
- right to data portability, where applicable;
- right to withdraw your consent at any time, where processing is based on consent (e.g. newsletter).

Article 7 — Security
The Seller implements reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data against loss, unauthorized access, disclosure, or alteration. No banking data is stored by the Seller: this data is processed exclusively by payment providers, in accordance with the PCI-DSS security standard.
Article 8 — Minors
The Site and the Products offered are intended for an adult audience. The Seller does not knowingly collect data concerning minors.

This Policy may be updated at any time, notably to comply with any regulatory, technical, or organizational changes. The version in effect is the one published on the Site on the date of your visit.
